FAQ

How long will my sessions be?
A therapuetic hour is 50 minutes. If you’d like a longer session, we can discuss this more together. For folks who benefit from spending more time in the room processing, I may offer a 90-minute session for additional fees.

What do sessions cost?
I currently charge $150 per session. I have sliding scale applications available for those who can’t quite afford this session fee but would still like to benefit from therapy.
-
How do I pay for sessions?
You may connect a credit card to your confidential client portal. I also accept cash, Venmo, and Paypal.

Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance. I am private pay only. I can offer clients a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance companies for partial reimbursement.

What is your availability?
I currently have a few openings left for new clients! I see clients Monday-Thursday between 9a-6pm and on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month between 9am-12pm.

What is your cancellation policy?
I request that you give a 24-hour notice if you need to change your scheduled appointment time. If that notice is not met, I do charge full fee for your session. I understand that life happens and will make exceptions under the right circumstances.
